Refund Policy

Refunds for prepaid reservations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled drop‑off time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of drop‑off are not eligible for a refund. Please note that cancelled reservations may incur a cancellation fee of up to $50.

If your parking stay extends beyond the reserved time, additional charges may apply at our standard posted rates. Refunds are not issued for early pickup of your vehicle.
